Launch That Website

I’m here to help web designers streamline their client’s website launch with a comprehensive checklist and an easy to use task tracker. From pre-launch essentials to post-launch checks, use The Launch Portal to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Lorem Ipsum is never a good sign

Your new client site has launched on time, yay! Then they spot placeholder text in the footer. Whoops!

Helping you launch, with fewer headaches

Launching a client’s website doesn’t have to be a headache. Whether you’re a do-it-yourself type or someone who’d rather have a helping hand, I’ve got you covered.

Do-It-Yourself
If you like to be in the driver’s seat, my straightforward checklist will guide you through every step of launching (or relaunching) your client’s site.

No marketing jargon, just clear, actionable tasks for you or your client to tick off in The Launch Portal. Monitor your client site post launch for broken links, missing images, or unexpected plugins being installed.

Would you like a helping hand?
You might be a freelance web designer, but that doesn’t mean you should always be on your own. I can help you in a variety of ways, starting off with the essentials – a website audit.

I’ll run an in-depth scan using my homemade website audit tool. It’ll check for a wide range of technical issues, beyond broken links and missing images. Any potential issues will be logged in your portal task tracker so they can be resolved before your planned site launch date.

Optional extras are charged per hour, further details available below.

This isn’t us, but it looks good.

Welcome to The Launch Portal

  • See your pre / post launch checklist – Manage your various checklists from one place. No more forgotten steps or last-minute panic!
  • Provide client access – Invite your client to take a peek. They can see how things are moving along without bugging you every five minutes.
  • Update checklist items status – Finished something? Great! Mark it as completed. Waiting on the client? No problem, set it as pending. Easy peasy.
  • Track your progress – Watch each progress bar fill up. It’s oddly satisfying, trust me.

Optional Extras (Paid per hour)

  • In-depth site audit – I’ll use my in-house website crawler to perform a deep audit of your client’s site, checking for common issues, like broken links, unnecessary redirects, placeholder text, broken emails + a lot more. Required fixes will be added to your additional tasks list.
  • Done-for-you content fixes – Fixing typos or adding missing mailto: to email addresses shouldn’t take up your time. Let me fix these for you as I find them. Anything I can’t resolve will be added to the task list for your attention.

Small print: Optional extras are charged per hour and can be used interchangeably. Pre-purchase in bulk (10+ hours) and gain bonus hours!

Simple per site pricing – $3 per month

I would like The Launch Portal to be affordable for web designers of all sizes, which is why each client area is $3 a month during the early access period. This is discounted from the planned $5 a month which will take affect from 2026 onwards for new customers.

  • Single site: Pre-pay $36 to cover the year, or $149.99 one-off
  • Multi-site: $30 a month for 10 client areas (12 @ $36/pm, 15 @ $45/pm, 20 @ $60/pm)

Each per site plan currently includes:

  • Unlimited checklists for a single website (staging + production)
  • Two user accounts (yourself + team member, or a client)
  • Weekly automated website audits for you to review (public content only)
  • Administrator Toolkit (WordPress plugin)
  • Nag Me Not! (WordPress plugin)
  • HeadsUpWP site activity monitoring (coming later in 2025)
